Joon Ooi is a partner based in A.T. Kearney’s Kuala
Lumpur office. Currently, he is the Asia Pacific
practice leader for A.T. Kearney’s complexity
management, and also is responsible for the
operations practice. |

A Malaysian citizen, Mr. Ooi has worked extensively
in the United States and throughout Asia Pacific. He
has led and participated in a wide variety of
projects with primary focus on organizational and
asset effectiveness, supply chain management,
strategic procurement, and complexity management.
Most of these consultancy projects have been
conducted for organizations in the oil and gas,
telecommunications, financial services, and consumer
products industries. |

European practice leader for A.T. Kearney’s
complexity management practice. Oliver joined A.T.
Kearney in 2000 and has over fourteen years of
industry (chemicals and consumer goods) and
consulting experience. |
